This may be possible if you email us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time you won't be able to make amendments as we may have already packed and process your order. In this case, a new order will need to be placed where additional postage fees may apply.

Once posted, we will send you an automated shipping confirmation email which will include the parcel tracking number. You can use the tracking weblink provided to check the status of your order.

Please remember to check your spam folder if the shipping confirmation emailis not in your inbox.

We currently use Royal Mail and no other courier, so please be careful of opening spam emails from other couriers claiming to have 'missed delivery'.

This purchasing option applies to items which are not in stock with us at the time but will be included in our next restock shipment from suppliers when a backorder is placed.

By purchasing a backorder, you will be one the first to receive the item when it's back in stock and ensures that the quick restock of this item is guaranteed and then posted directly to you.

Once a backorder has been placed, you can expect to receive it around 12 working days of placing the order (sometimes sooner). In the unlikely event that a backorder item is subsequently no longer being manufactured, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer alternative purchasing options, or a full refund if preferred.

Please note - if a backorder is included in your shopping cart containing in stock items, then the full order will be dispatched to you once the last expected item has arrived. In this case, you may wish to place separate orders for backorders and for in stock items.

Yes, as long as your backorder item has not been dispatched yet, please email us to let us know that you want to cancel the order and we will process the order cancellation.

Pre-order items are yet-to-be released items that are available to purchase before their official release date and will be shipped as soon as we receive them.

Please note that if a pre-order is included in a cart that contains in stock items, the full order will be shipped once the last expected item has arrived.
